Lines, lines, lines, in a beautiful wooden box!

Here’s a peek behind-the-scenes of a fashion shoot I did last week for a fantastic new designer. It was shot in an amazing location on De Beauvoir Road in Hackney (Google ‘Ed’s Shed’!). It was one of those days when everything just slots together (thanks to careful planning and great co-ordination!); the team was fantastic and a big thank you to the sun for coming out for the last three setups!

I can’t wait to show you the final images, but in the meantime this is a glimpse from the day.

POSE LONDON AW2010 - BEHIND THE SCENES

These are some ‘behind the scenes’ shots from a Pose London shoot at Tooting Tram and Social Bar. It was a great day, a great team and excellent space to work in. We shot around 7 lifestyle pictures and around 30+15 straight look-book shots, utilising the majority of the space, moving the lighting set up with each image.

The lighting was very directional throughout, but with enough balance to show all the details in the garments. Mainly lit with a large softbox, some of the fill was done with a bare bulb directed through a white sheet for a wider, softer spread of light.
